How to Nominate
To make a nomination for a candidate in one of the six categories (Metalcraft, Lapidary, Minerals, Fossils, Education or Tribute), you'll need to give as much information about the accomplishments of the nominee in the field of his/her expertise/interest. We'll also need to have contact information for both the nominee (or family) and the person or club submitting the nomination. For your convenience, download the nomination form by clicking here.
